Cleaning supplies aren’t included, each client is to provide their housekeeper with the materials they wish them to use to clean. This ensures your cleaner uses the products you prefer as some clients have severe allergies or small preferences.
Yes, you will have the same person assigned to your cleaning, however when they are on holiday or sick we can arrange alternative cleaning cover.
No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.
