We like to explain our procedures so you feed confident in allowing a ’stranger’ into your home.

Yes, you will have the same person assigned to your cleaning, however when they are on holiday or sick we can arrange an alternative housekeeper giving you a consistent cleaning service.

You should discuss this with your assigned housekeeper, they will normally move the clean to another day during the week. If they don’t have availability then contact Mmmarvellous to make alternative arrangements

Use one of the prebuilt forms to collect emails of your visitor. We provide integrations with popular email marketing tools such as Mailchimp so your data will be automatically sent there (we do not store the data so it is safe). We also keep creating integrations with other popular services, so if you need something specific - just ask.

Your service is based on an hourly rate, which is divided between the housekeeper and Mmmarvellous. Your housekeeper is to be paid at the end of every cleaning session either by bank transfer or cash. The management fees are collected by Direct Debit either on the 1st or 16th of the month.
