My working life started in the banking industry. I worked my way up through the ranks of cashier to management, and customer care was always my main focus. Since starting the business, my main objective is to ensure that our customers receive the support from the office so they in turn achieve a clean home. Our business continues to develop and alter to provide a complete home care package, from one trusted source, for all of our clients. I look forward to ensuring that you receive the service you require.

I started in 2005 as a housekeeper then progressed to allocations coordinator. Since 2010 I have been more involved in meeting new customers, interviewing housekeepers, and carrying out spot checks. Working alongside Donna we diligently strive to ensure the right housekeeper is working in the right home.

I started working for Mmm in 2006 as a spring clean supervisor, for two years I learnt many tricks of the trade on cleaning effectively and efficiently. At times I carry out spot checks and meet clients but my main work now is ensuring that all invoices are paid on time.

I started with Mmm in 2011 as a housekeeper and joined the allocations department in 2014. I am mainly responsible for ensuring that cover housekeepers are allocated at the right time to cover holidays and sickness. I enjoy working with Angela knowing that we are providing the service people need.

I joined Mmm in 2014 as a housekeeper, 9 months laters joined the office team specifically to carry out spot checks on housekeepers. In 2015 i became responsible for allocating the right housekeeper to match the clients needs. Should any issues arise it’m my goal to ensure that everyone is happy. I look forward to knowing that your home is cleaned to your requirements.

I joined Mmm in 2011 as a housekeeper and in 2015 started assessing housekeepers suitability to work for Mmm and carry out spot checks on their work. In addition I meet potential new clients and help our Services Department in calling customers to arrange their window or carpet cleans. I like the variety of work and meeting new people be it either over the phone or face to face.

I joined the company in June 2015 after being in the UK for a short time, so please bear with me and help me improve my English. I’ve been involved in customer care roles in work for many years and look forward to applying this knowledge to my new role of keeping homes Mmmarvellously clean.
