Vacancy

Mmm is requiring a full time administrator to provide assistance in assigning & monitoring 160 housekeepers with 750 clients. The position requires good English skills both written and verbal as the majority of work is via email or phone. Ideally the candidate would also be able to conduct interviews with clients and housekeepers at their homes and be prepared to work at least one evening a week.
Clean driving license required to drive company car.
Previous office administration experience required along with a proven track record of customer care. Must have good knowledge and be able to use Outlook, Excel, Word and capable of be learning our internal software programmes which support them in the role.
45 hrs a week Monday – Friday 8.45 – 5.45pm plus one evening a week, salary range £15,210 - £18,720 plus additional annual bonus.
